Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant- LNA
Location: Concord, NH 03301
Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM or 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am
Duration: 14 weeks
Payrate: $20-$26/hr
Guarantee: 40

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
  • Monitor and record vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation of medical records and medication logs.
  • Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care needs, or behavioral health challenges.
  • Assist with catheter care, wound care, and aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
  • Support patients in rehabilitation or post-acute care settings by assisting with mobility exercises and physical therapy routines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospital environments such as ICU, emergency medicine, Level I & II trauma centers, PICU, or surgical units to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a safe environment by recognizing potential safety hazards and following infection control protocols for infectious disease care and sterile procedures.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care plans as part of home & community or outpatient services.
