Your Role as a Caregiver / Home Care Aide

In this role, you will provide non-medical personal assistance services, ensuring our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Duties Include:

ü  Companionship & Social Engagement

ü  Household Support – Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

ü  Personal Assistance – Bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing support

ü  Mobility Assistance & Transfers

ü  Medication Reminders

ü  Transportation & Errand Assistance (if applicable)

All services are provided with respect, professionalism, and a commitment to client dignity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • HHA or CNA certification is welcomed but not required

  • Caregivers and Home Care Aides without certification must have at least 6 months of direct caregiving experience

  • Must pass a pre-employment physical & drug screening

  • TB Test Clearance Required

  • Criminal Background & Fingerprint Check Required

  • Reliable Transportation Required – If transporting clients, must have valid driver’s license & auto insurance

  • Ability to Work One (1) Weekend Day Per Month
