  • Full time working 3-12 hour shifts weekly on nights from 7pm-0730 am
  • Rotating weekends and holidays.

$38.20 - $57.30
Where You Will Work:
Our 12-bed Critical Care Unit cares for the highest-acuity patients across all specialties-including neuro, cardiac, medical, and surgical cases-with capabilities for CVVH and IABP support. The unit typically has 11-12 patients per day with an average stay of about three days, and offers supportive nurse-to-patient ratios: 2:1 in the ICU (with some 1:1), 3:1 for stepdown, and 4:1 for telemetry, plus a 12:1 NA ratio. Nurses work closely with intensivists, specialty providers, and 24/7 virtual critical care support. We seek organized, team-oriented nurses with strong critical-thinking skills who want to care for high-acuity patients and respond effectively to rapidly changing conditions; prior ICU or nursing experience is helpful but not required. You'll love this unit for its strong collaboration, engaged nursing culture, and commitment to exceptional critical care-an environment where you can build advanced clinical skills, grow professionally, and work alongside supportive colleagues who truly value teamwork.
We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.

What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
