• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that address unique psychological needs and challenges.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.
• Regularly monitor client progress and treatment outcomes through ongoing assessments and evaluations, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient care.
• Provide supportive counseling to inspire hope and resilience in clients facing issues related to addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders, emphasizing the understanding that these are not moral failings but challenges that can be managed and overcome.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
