Job Summary
The Front of House Sales Associate represents the RELIVE brand, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. This individual communicates effectively with patients, has extensive knowledge of available products and services, and delivers an exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry through checkout. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, customer service, and sales, and is skilled at building relationships, educating patients on treatment options, and helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
  •  Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person and on the telephone. 
  •  Answer patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member. 
  •  Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments effectively. 
  •  Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patient arrivals and communicating delays. 
  •  Comfort patients by anticipating concerns, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. 
  •  Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. 
  •  Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. 
  •  Record and fulfill prescriptions and orders as applicable. 
  •  Record and collect patient charges and process payments accurately. 
  •  Verify and expedite third-party invoicing and fulfillment. 
  •  Accurately utilize online booking and CRM systems. 
  •  Assist patients calling with questions and follow up as needed. 
Sales & Patient Conversion
  •  Educate prospective and existing patients on RELIVE services, treatments, memberships, and wellness programs. 
  •  Convert incoming leads, inquiries, and consultations into booked appointments and treatment plans. 
  •  Follow up with leads, missed consultations, and inactive patients to increase patient engagement and retention. 
  •  Recommend appropriate treatments and packages based on patient goals and provider recommendations. 
  •  Promote monthly specials, memberships, and service packages. 
  •  Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. 
  •  Meet individual and clinic sales goals related to services, memberships, retail products, and treatment packages. 
  •  Track lead activity, appointment conversions, and patient retention metrics. 
  •  Collaborate with providers to identify opportunities to enhance patient outcomes and treatment compliance. 
Administrative & Operational Support
  •  Maintain business office inventory and equipment by monitoring stock levels and coordinating supply orders. 
  •  Liaise with the Office Manager regarding equipment maintenance and repairs. 
  •  Protect patients' rights by complying with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality. 
  •  Maintain operations by following established policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. 
  •  Collaborate with administrative and medical team members before and after treatments. 
  •  Participate in shared decision-making and support a positive team environment. 
Qualifications
  •  High school diploma or GED required. 
  •  Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, wellness, retail sales, or a patient-facing environment. 
  •  Medical office, med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry experience preferred. 
  •  Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients. 
  •  Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills. 
  •  Comfortable discussing treatment options, memberships, and wellness programs. 
  •  Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. 
  •  Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications. 
  •  Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. 
Preferred Experience
  •  Medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, functional medicine, or concierge healthcare experience. 
  •  Experience with membership sales and recurring revenue programs. 
  •  Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics. 
  •  Knowledge of IV therapy, hormone optimization, peptides, aesthetics, weight loss programs, and wellness services is a plus.
