Assistant Spa Manager - Spa/Wellness Experience Required
We are seeking a warm, organized, and motivated Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of our spa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, creating a positive guest experience, and helping maintain a supportive, professional environment.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a spa, med spa, salon, wellness, fitness, or membership-based environment and is comfortable supporting both operational and guest experience goals. We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, solutions-focused, and excited to grow within the wellness industry.
Assistant Spa Manager Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and employee orientation for new hires.
  • Handle recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
  • Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are available.
