Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary Skill: Datastage, CP4D(CloudPak)
Secondary: Shell Script
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data integration solutions using IBM DataStage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery Optimize ETL processes to enhance data quality and performance
  • Experience in DataStage to cloudPak CP4D migration.
  • Ability to identify mismatches in migrated CP4D Jobs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and application functionality"
  • Maintain the batch jobs and work with project teams towards propagation of changes to all environments as part of each release.
  • Strong experience in Data Quality, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High-Volume Data Loads.
  • Work closely with Project teams, QA/BA/SMEs/other teams to discuss & understand issues and to provide solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Must have prior experience and working knowledge in some or all activities: troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and/or configuring in relevant technologies.
  • Setting up of new jobs from the configuration request from developers/testers.
  • ETL jobs maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements/improvements and Automation. Ability to clearly and concisely document procedures and processes.
  • Work in process automation using Shell Scripts and SQL.
  • Knowledge on Splunk and other monitoring tools
