What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in medical records, and how can they be managed?

Professionals in Medical Records often encounter challenges such as handling large volumes of sensitive data, staying updated with ever-changing privacy regulations like HIPAA, and accurately managing electronic health records (EHRs). Managing these challenges requires strong attention to detail, ongoing training in compliance and EHR software, and effective communication with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies.
