Litigation Support Specialist

Champion Records Service – Houston, TX (In Office)

$20–$23/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Champion Records Service is a leading third-party records retrieval company serving law firms, insurance carriers, and corporate legal departments throughout the United States. We specialize in obtaining medical, billing, employment, business, and other records through subpoenas and authorizations.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Litigation Support Specialist to join our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem solving, and working in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy matters.

What You'll Do

  • Review subpoenas, authorizations, and client instructions.
  • Enter new orders accurately into our case management system.
  • Research healthcare providers, employers, businesses, and custodians of records.
  • Verify provider addresses, medical records departments, fax numbers, and contact information.
  • Determine the appropriate record types requested (medical, billing, radiology, employment, pharmacy, etc.).
  • Prepare cases for production according to company procedures.
  • Document detailed notes and maintain accurate case histories.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Call Team, Production, and Quality Control.
  • Maintain daily production and accuracy goals.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Litigation Support experience
  • Third Party Subpoena experience
