USPI Memorial Hermann Surgery Center, Greater Heights, is seeking a motivated Medical Records to join our team. Memorial Hermann Surgery Center, Greater Heights is a multi-specialty surgery center committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.  

Job Summary: The Medical Records interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff. Admit patients and process their paperwork. Update patient demographics/information in system. Collect monies due and document in billing system. Handle funds per office procedure. You have the opportunity to meet new people and build professional relationships with physician offices. Cross training for other Business Office positions a possibility.

Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital or medical records experience required.
  • Knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • Ability to use time wisely in preparing work area to meet high-paced demand.
