This role provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world challenges in a professional environment. The Intern will assist teams in day-to-day tasks, support project deliverables, and gain valuable industry knowledge while upholding W-Industries' high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Job Requirements
  • Assist project teams, engineers, or department staff with daily activities.
  • Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation as needed.
  • Support field or shop activities, which may include basic assembly, inspection, or testing tasks under supervision.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
  • Shadow experienced professionals to learn workflows, processes, and best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area at all times.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn new skills.

Required Skills & Competencies
