We are a fast-paced and client-focused personal injury law firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in case support and organization and enjoys working closely with attorneys and litigation teams on high-value personal injury matters.


The Legal Assistant in this role will assist with preparing medical chronologies, deposition summaries and abstracts, focus group summaries, client expense tracking, and overall case organization. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.


Feller & Wendt is a mid-size Plaintiffโ€™s Injury Law Firm and has become a leader in personal injury law with offices in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. Feller & Wendt handles the following types of cases: car crashes, tractor trailer crashes, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, inadequate security, sexual molestation, traumatic brain injuries, facility abuse and neglect, and medical malpractice.


Our attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers and serve as faculty for a national trial institute where theyโ€™ve taught hundreds of lawyers how to try cases. Key ResponsibilitiesCase Support & Documentation

Client Communication

Collaboration

  • Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and legal assistants to ensure cases move efficiently through all stages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate and updated case information.

Quality Assurance

  • Review case files for accuracy, completeness, and organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and legal procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent case management standards across the litigation team.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Associateโ€™s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal administrative or case support role preferred.
  • Personal injury experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience reviewing medical records, preparing chronologies, summaries, or case documentation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
