Job description

The Program Manager in Arjoโ€™s Reprocessing group will execute, manage, and optimize the performance of the Reprocessing Program across assigned healthcare accounts.

In this role, you will be the owner of program implementation and day-to-day tracking of customer success and performance while ensuring strong adoption, operational efficiency, and sustained growth within Reprocessing accounts.

Day-to-Day Functions:

  • Primary point of contact for key accounts, managing day-to-day customer inquiries, operational support, and relationships with hospital stakeholders and department leadership.
  • Lead and support Quarterly Business Reviews to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and expansion of Reprocessing Programs.  
  • Drive Program performance analysis across key accounts by monitoring KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, and proactively addressing risks through corrective actions.
  • Conduct workflow and facility assessments to improve operational effectiveness and support achievement of program goals.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Arjoโ€™s Reprocessing Programs, compliance requirements, and value proposition.
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute program strategy, resolve escalations, and support account growth and retention.
  • Enable commercial and customer success efforts through training, customer education, product demonstrations, and market-informed program expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; preferably in Life Sciences or Healthcare related field.
  • Two (2) years of professional work experience in Program Implementation, Account Management, Clinical support, or Operations.  (strong preference for experience in Healthcare Sustainability and/or Medical Device Reprocessing)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce.com) preferred.
  • Must have strong ability to analyze and synthesize data in order to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and develop reports or dashboards.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Must have valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel overnight 50-60%.
  • Able to complete inoculations and vendor credentialing as required.
