Desert Valley Dental is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and results-driven Practice Manager to lead our team and support the continued growth of our practice. We are looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, building a positive team culture, and serving as a strong advocate for our patients' oral health.

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the practice's daily operations while empowering and developing your team to achieve operational excellence, deliver outstanding patient experiences, and drive continued practice growth. This leadership role is responsible for driving both clinical and business success by monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing financial performance, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the practice team to achieve organizational goals and practice growth objectives.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance, including production, collections, profitability, and other key performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement and collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement effective strategies.
  • Support team development through coaching, performance management, training, and ongoing feedback.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental practice management experience required.

  • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance.
  • Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, and patient care management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
