Location: Hudson, FL Practice: Advanced Heart and Vascular Associates

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, adaptable Front Desk Check In person to join our cardiovascular team. This unique role bridges the gap between our front-of-house operations and back-office clinical care. You will ensure a seamless patient experience by providing administrative support and clinical assistance wherever the need is greatest each day.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative (Front Office) Support

  • Patient Concierge: Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional waiting area.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate complex follow-ups and specialist referrals within the heart and vascular network.
  • Insurance Navigation: Verify coverage and obtain necessary prior authorizations for diagnostic imaging and procedures.
  • Records Management: Ensure all patient charts are complete and HIPAA-compliant.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Medical Assistant (MA) Certification preferred and CPR cert..
