Our Concierge Medicine practice is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality healthcare services. We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Part-Time Marketing Specialist to help grow our concierge practice and enhance our online presence. This role includes optimizing our website, managing and refining Google Ads campaigns, supporting social media outreach, and implementing practical marketing strategies that drive measurable membership growth. The ideal candidate is experienced, analytical, organized, and comfortable working directly with a physician-owner in a small but growing medical practice. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for a professional who enjoys building systems and driving results without pursuing a full-time corporate position.

Job Description:
As our Marketing and Outreach Representative, you will play a key role in helping prospective patients discover the value of concierge medicine and in improving our digital visibility and lead-generation systems.

This role combines community outreach and relationship building with hands-on digital marketing execution. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential members through independent lead-generation efforts and for helping refine our online marketing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Digital & Technical Marketing:

  • Update and optimize website content (basic editing, formatting, landing page improvements).
  • Manage and refine Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection and performance monitoring.
  • Track campaign results using analytics and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with email campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Help implement simple automation systems for lead tracking and follow-up.

Community Outreach & Sales:

  • Independently generate and contact leads through local networking, community engagement, and personal outreach.
  • Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of concierge medicine and our services.
  • Answer questions and build trust with prospective members.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or in-office visits as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, and outcomes.
  • Assist with organizing or attending local events to promote membership growth.
  • Manage and refine Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection and performance monitoring.
  • Track campaign results using analytics and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with email campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Help implement simple automation systems for lead tracking and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, or patient outreach (required, except for current college students with strong technical skills).
  • Comfortable working with websites, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating directly with a physician-owner.
  • Must reside locally in the Fort Myers area.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time, setimate no more than 30 hours a month.
  • Flexible hours, with potential for growth based on performance and results.
  • Some work may be done remotely, but occasional in-person participation is required.

Compensation:
$20–$25 per hour.
