Compensation: $220,000 – $240,000/year
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Step into a leadership role as a Medical Director (Family Medicine) with our client in Brooklyn, NY. In this position, you will oversee clinical operations, provide guidance to Nurse Practitioners and Staff Physicians, and partner with the Center Director to ensure efficient medical management. Using the eClinicalWorks EMR system, you will balance patient care with administrative oversight, delivering high-quality family medicine services while leading a collaborative healthcare team.
Responsibilities as the Medical Director (Family Medicine):
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide oversight and guidance to physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Direct Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for patients in a family medicine setting.
  • Data Review & Quality Assurance: Analyze medical histories, lab results, and clinical data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
