You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, registering new patients, sending email correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, and ensuring that all patient interactions are handled with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Register new patients into the EMR system, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Email new patients to request necessary documents, providing clear instructions and deadlines.
