Job description

Position Overview

Premier Health Group is seeking a Government Contracts Manager to support the organization's growth through strategic government partnerships and contract development. This role will focus on sourcing opportunities, building agency relationships, assembling teaming partners, and supporting efforts to secure contracts throughout Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify government contracting opportunities aligned with Premier Health Group's services and growth objectives
  • Qualify contract opportunities by assessing requirements, timelines, competitiveness, and organizational fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and public-sector stakeholders
  • Develop and coordinate strategic teaming partnerships with subcontractors, consultants, and community organizations
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support proposal development and contract submissions
  • Assist in creating winning strategies for RFPs, RFQs, and other government procurement opportunities
  • Monitor regional and federal government procurement activity within Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County
  • Maintain organized tracking of pipeline activity, submissions, deadlines, and awarded opportunities
  • Represent Premier Health Group at networking events, agency meetings, and industry functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing and securing government contracts
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes
  • Strong agency relationships within Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County are preferred
  • Experience developing teaming partnerships and supporting contract wins
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Irvine, CA

Pay: $100,000.00/year + bonus
