Altitude Trampoline Park Spring-Klein is looking for an energetic, dependable Front Desk Supervisor / Shift Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, leading by example, and creating a safe, fun environment for families, we'd love to meet you.


As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee front desk operations, support team members, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll help manage daily operations while maintaining our high standards for customer service, safety, and teamwork.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and support front desk team members during each shift
  • Open and close the park following company procedures
  • Manage cash drawers, deposits, and end-of-day balancing
  • Assist guests with check-in, purchases, and questions
  • Help oversee snack bar operations
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Ensure park safety rules are communicated and followed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service every day
