Job Description

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and provide general administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, pays close attention to detail, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records.
  • Retrieve documents and information quickly when requested by internal teams.
  • Review paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and proper organization.
  • Enter and update information in internal databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist with scanning, copying, labeling, and document preparation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
  • Support administrative staff with general clerical tasks as needed.
  • Follow established filing procedures and ensure records remain current and accessible.
