Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for File Clerks in Santa Ana, CA. While working in a File Clerk role for Adecco, you will earn $17.50-$18.50/hour + other great benefits! As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing and managing various documents, maintaining a large storage environment, scanning materials for digital records, and retrieving requested files for distribution. You will also receive training in different areas of document processing and may assist with additional tasks such as mailroom and dispatch support as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of clerical or retail experience

  • Must be comfortable with numbers as the filing is all numeric

  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment and have the ability to lift up to 35lbs.

  • Must be able to stand for an 8-hour work shift

  • Must be okay using a ladder to pull documents from shelves

  • Ability to pass a data entry alpha numeric test
