Job description

Manufacturing Team Lead / Floor Support$20.25/hr | 3:30 PM - 12AM | Roanoke, VA

Some people don't just work on the production floor-they help keep it running.

If you're the type of leader who enjoys jumping in where needed, solving problems, supporting operators, keeping materials moving, and helping the entire team hit production goals, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Lead / Floor Support professional for our Custom Molding Department. This is not a desk job. You'll be an essential part of the operation, serving as the link between production, materials, machine operation, quality, and the production team.

What You'll Do:
  • Keep production flowing by supporting operators and molding machines

  • Train and assist team members as needed

  • Supply materials, tools, and components to workstations

  • Load materials into machines and operate support equipment

  • Step into production roles when coverage is needed

  • Monitor quality and help resolve issues before they become problems

  • Complete production paperwork and computer transactions

  • Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the department

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and machine support duties

  • Work closely with management and coworkers to improve efficiency and productivity

We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Enjoys leading by example

  • Takes pride in helping a team succeed

  • Stays calm and productive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Has strong attention to detail and quality

  • Is comfortable training and supporting others

  • Can work independently and make sound decisions

  • Has forklift experience or the ability to learn

  • Understands manufacturing processes and production flow

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay: $20.25 per hour

  • Consistent full-time schedule

  • Opportunity to make a real impact on production performance

  • Team-oriented environment

  • Stable manufacturing company with room to grow

If you're the person coworkers turn to when they need help, answers, or support-and you enjoy being the one who keeps things moving-we want to hear from you.
