Operator I (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Location: Irvine, CA 92614

Job Overview

We are hiring an Operator I to support the production of high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working under close supervision to perform assembly, testing, and inspection of products such as pacemakers, ICDs, and related components.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of medical devices
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, QMS, and safety regulations
  • Handle small components with precision and attention to detail
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
