Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Job description

Job Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner owns full-cycle recruiting for restor3d as the company's sole dedicated recruiter, partnering directly with the VP of Human Resources and hiring managers across all functions. This role manages hiring for corporate, engineering/technical, and manufacturing positions company-wide, from intake through offer, and is supported by the HR generalist team on downstream onboarding and administrative handoffs.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate, engineering/technical, and manufacturing roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner directly with hiring managers, HR Generalists, and the VP of HR to define role requirements, build sourcing strategy, and set realistic timelines for each search.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate the interview process, applying restor3d's interview training standards, structured question banks, and compliant practices
• Manage requisition and candidate data in the ATS, keeping req-to-hire tracking clean and audit-ready to support quarterly and shareholder-level talent reporting.
• Extend offers in partnership with HR leadership, coordinating comp positioning with the compensation band framework and job architecture as they are built out.
• Hand off new hires cleanly to the HR generalist team for onboarding, background checks, and Insperity-side processing.
• Support the summer intern program and other early-career recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Identify and flag process gaps in the recruiting life cycle (e.g., inconsistent intake, missing SOPs) to support HR's broader standardization and private-to-public readiness work.
• Source and build proactive talent pipelines using channels appropriate to each hiring motion, including certification-based sourcing for technical and manufacturing roles.
• This role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and works in close coordination with the HR Generalist team (North/MA and South/NC) on candidate handoff and onboarding, without a direct reporting line to either generalist.
•  As restor3d's recruiting volume grows, this role has a path to lead a small talent acquisition function, potentially adding junior recruiting support and taking on a Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager scope. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is well positioned to help shape that structure as it develops.
Required Education and Experience:
• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both corporate/professional and technical or manufacturing hiring.
• Comfortable owning a high-volume, multi-function requisition load independently, with support from HR generalists.

Preferred Education and Experience:
• Experience recruiting in a regulated or highly compliant industry (medical device, life sciences, or similar).
Required Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of compliant interview practices, including EEOC-aligned questioning and structured interview processes.
• Proficiency with an ATS
• Organized and able to maintain clean, reportable hiring data.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to build trust quickly with hiring managers across very different functions.

Physical Requirements:
• Extended periods of sitting
