Job description

WANTED: Professional Turf Slinger | Outside Sales
Field Sales Rep - Biltright Turf
We need help with turf sales.
For big-ticket, done-for-you turf installs.
- Backyards.
- Commercial jobs.
- Putting greens.
- Pet runs.
- The works.
Where the leads are served on a pretty pink platter.
They asked for the quote.
They know they'll be sold to.
And they know it ain't cheap.
Which is why our current closers are doing 6-figures plus (in their pockets).
I'd call it a dream sales job.
But that wouldn't do it justice. (Wink.)
Here's the gig:
You roll up to the house.
You measure.
Take photos.
Design it as they watch, in awe...
Close the deal.
Then do it again on Tuesday.
Plus:
Mileage reimbursed.
Fiddy bucks a month for your phone.
80 hours paid time off, paid holidays, healthcare, vision, dental, 401k.
Flexible schedule and remote when you're not in somebody's backyard.
And since the position's all that and a side of skinny fries?
Well, I can afford to be picky. Can't I?
So only reach out IF:
One, you've got sales experience.
The in-person, in-the-driveway, look-'em-in-the-eye kind.
Two, you've sold big ticket before. Say $5k and up.
Three, you're a good person.
This isn't some slimy door-knocking gig.
You need to care about clients first, commissions second.
Four, you're not allergic to a tape measure.
Five, you've got a valid license and an insured vehicle that actually starts and runs.
Six, you can work a tablet without calling your kid for help.
Organized enough to never lose an estimate.
Bonus: if you've sold turf, landscape, hardscape, pools, or anything else in this space.
One more thing.
Biltright was built on quality work, integrity, and customer service - in an industry famous for the opposite.
Biggest commercial job or the smallest residential yard, we do it right.
Heads up: this is a commission-only role.
Which is either the best news you've heard all week or a dealbreaker.
So if you fit this inclusion criteria?
And can prove it?
Please reach out.
Thanks,
