The NextGen Loan Officer Associate (LOA) role is an earlycareer position designed to prepare highpotential individuals for a producing Loan Officer career. This role goes beyond support-you will actively contribute to lead conversion, pipeline growth, and customer experience while learning the daily behaviors, metrics, and decisionmaking of topperforming Loan Officers.
You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, engage directly with customers, and use modern digital and AIenabled tools to manage relationships, prioritize leads, and drive results. Successful LOAs build the foundation to move into full Loan Officer responsibilities, including revenue ownership and referralbased selling.
This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, relationshipdriven, and energized by using technology and data to sell smarter and perform at a higher level.
