Position Summary

The Urology Sales Intern supports the Urology commercial team in executing day-to-day operational and sales support activities within assigned territories. This position provides hands-on exposure to medical device sales, customer engagement, and healthcare market dynamics.
Working under direct supervision, the intern will assist sales representatives and cross-functional partners with administrative, analytical, and field support tasks. This role is designed to build foundational skills in sales, business operations, and the medical device industry while contributing to team objectives.

Principal Responsibilities

   Provide administrative and operational support to the Urology sales team, including scheduling, account research, and customer follow-up activities
   Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintenance of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and completeness
   Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, and internal reports
   Conduct basic market and account research to identify customer trends and potential opportunities
   Assist with coordination of training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer education events
   Track and organize sales metrics, dashboards, and performance data under direction of the sales team
   Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Training, and Sales Operations on assigned projects
   Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards in all tasks
   Complete assigned tasks within established timelines while accurately tracking hours worked

Education / Experience Requirements

   Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
   Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
   Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or sales strongly preferred
   Prior internship, part-time work, or campus leadership experience is a plus

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
   Effective written and verbal communication skills
   Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
   Ability to follow direction and work within defined processes
   Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn
   Ability to manage multiple tasks within an hourly work structure
