Overview

Full-Time Position

Monday- Friday

Under the direction of the Regional Chief Medical Officer, this position is responsible for providing support in planning, data management, data analysis, project leadership, budgeting, financial performance tracking, policy, contract and agreement reviews, committee support, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Recommends and implements actions to improve clinical service line performance across the NE Florida Region.


Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Preferred Education: Master's degree

Required Licensure/Certifications: N/A

Preferred Licensure/Certifications: N/A

Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years healthcare industry experience with Bachelor's degree or 1 year of healthcare industry experience with Master's degree.

Preferred Experience: Demonstrated experience applying large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and agentic AI-using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/GPT-based platforms, Azure Machine Learning, Power BI, and related data technologies to optimize data analysis, automate workflows, and enhance team efficiency.

Necessary Skills:

1. Analytical skills, demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects, and flexibility in shifting priorities are essential.

2. Exceptional level of responsiveness to the information of key stakeholders is required.

3. Must be proficient in spreadsheet, graphics/presentations, and database software.

4. Ability to provide broad vision and analytical skills to complex and comprehensive problems.

5. Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
