About Us

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team for a critical 3-month data migration and optimization project.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining manufacturing, inventory, and production data within our systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love organization, and have a sharp eye for finding typos or inconsistencies, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input daily production logs, inventory counts, and blow molding operational data into our database.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, sort, and verify large sets of manufacturing data.

  • Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies before they impact operations.

  • Collaborate with production supervisors and inventory teams to clarify missing or unclear information.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all company data.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated data entry or administrative experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, use basic formulas, and navigate spreadsheets quickly).

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy while typing and reviewing technical numbers/SKUs.

  • Reliability: Ability to commit to the full 3-month timeline and work the required schedule (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM).
