Data Entry Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support payroll processing and driver pay verification. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing paperwork, entering data, verifying documentation, and ensuring drivers are paid accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Review and verify driver paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Process driver pay and payroll-related documentation
  • Enter large volumes of data into internal systems
  • Scan, index, and organize documents
  • Research and resolve missing or incomplete paperwork
  • Communicate directly with drivers regarding documentation issues
Qualifications
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong 10-key skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Pay: $20.00/hour
