SUMMARY: As a Marketing Data Entry Associate, you will be supporting our Vance Outdoors operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering and updating product information into our online database and ensuring that all listings are correct, complete, and optimized for the best customer experience.

On-site position in Heath, Ohio

Monday - Friday

First Shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Input new product data into the eCommerce platform (titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, etc.)
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across product listings
  • Review and update existing product information as needed
  • Verify data against source documents to ensure integrity and completeness
  • Collaborate with other teams (such as buyers or marketing) to gather missing product details
  • Identify and flag any inconsistencies or issues in product data
  • Perform routine audits to ensure all product listings meet internal standards.
  • Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the location/department.
  • Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as required by management.
