Location of position: REMOTE. However, primary locations for this role are either Moline, IL or Mississauga.
JOB DUTIES
As our Testing & Repair Procedure Manager, you will successfully document, complete maintenance, testing, and repair procedures in compliance with all applicable code and KONE guidelines.
You will bring 10+ years of progressive and successful progressive service operations management experience, including technical expertise in service operations, elevator code, managing/leading people, action planning, and implementation to KONE. Completion of NEIEP/CEIEP education and Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) Certification a plus.
Other Hiring requirements
  • Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems.
  • Demonstrated success in code related testing and repair procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Basic Office tool knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Projects, PPMT, etc). In addition, ability to write down procedural descriptions with draft pictures using Office Tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate KONE's service methods and processes at the field mechanic and management levels.
  • Willing to Travel.

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $110,500 - $145,000 USD ($154,500 - $202,755 CAD). The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan (20% US, 17% CAN) Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
