• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients seeking support, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop accurate diagnoses when necessary.

• Employ evidence-based practices to craft individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique cultural backgrounds and special needs of the diverse patient population served.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies using digital health record systems.

• Continuously monitor patient progress by implementing interventions and adjusting treatment strategies to foster improvement and support mental health diagnosis.

• Facilitate the development of comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, aligning goals with desired outcomes and employing collaborative strategies to enhance care delivery.

• Build strong referral networks to connect patients with additional resources and treatment options in the community, maintaining effective working relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

• Experience working with cancer patients or within pediatric populations is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
