Are you an experienced Medical Coding Specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong coding knowledge to help ensure accurate claim submission and support a high-quality revenue cycle process.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

  • Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
  • Ensure coding accuracy and support clean claim submission while meeting payer and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work with billing, clinical, and revenue cycle teams to resolve documentation and coding issues.
  • Monitor coding quality, identify trends, and support continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM

Pay
$24.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Associate (CCA), Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), or equivalent certification through AAPC or AHIMA.
  • Three or more years of U.S. medical coding experience. Laboratory coding experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
  • Experience using EMR or EHR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
