Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Examines contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
Processes paperwork on a timely basis
Post new and used deals to accounting books
Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
Reconcile schedules
Job Requirements
At least 2 years' experience working in a busy office environment required
Automotive Accounting or ADP experience a preferred
Strong attention to detail
Effective Communicator
Dependable
Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
