What You'll DoClient Care & Clinical Support
  • Welcome clients and collect medical history and intake information.
  • Record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
  • Prepare clients for examinations and appointments.
  • Assist medical practitioners with office-based procedures as needed.
  • Communicate client information accurately and efficiently to the medical team.
Scheduling & Administrative Coordination
  • Support insurance verification and intake processes.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication between Samaritas and external healthcare providers and partners.
  • Assist with care coordination and client follow-up activities.
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with medical providers, clinicians, and behavioral health professionals to support treatment planning and client care.
  • Collaborate with community agencies, PIHPs, CMHs, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Participate in case consultations and discussions focused on client success.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Complete diagnostic and procedure coding as required.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational confidentiality standards.
  • Follow agency, community partner, and healthcare guidelines for coordinated treatment services.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.
