Job description

We are currently in search of a Aesthetician / Medical Assistant to join our esteemed Medspa an Vein Treatment Center team. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the execution of routine administrative and medical tasks crucial for the efficient operation of our medspa and medical facility .
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute administrative duties with promptness and precision - must be flexible and be able to adapt
  2. Perform routine clinical procedures, including but not limited to:
    • Recording vital signs and intake
    • Conducting blood draws and assisting / performing minor procedures
    • Triaging patients to exam rooms
    • Setting up procedures
    • Facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients.
    • Scheduling and answering phones as needed
    • Aesthetic and Vein treatments under physician supervision
Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in healthcare (medical office) or related fields is highly desirable - Aesthetic or Beauty background a BIG plus. Working in a Vein Clinic previously or specialist office is also a BIG plus
  2. Demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  3. Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment and medspa.
  4. Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
  5. Part time - Full time
