Position / Specialty: Medical Assistant Shift: 5x8s, 8:30a-5p. Monday - Friday Call Requirements: N/A Weekend Requirement: Alternating Saturdays 8am-4:30pm. 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. When you work a Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. Englewood resources can be floated to Blue Island, Cottage Grove, Robbins, or Sengstacke locations. Guaranteed Hours: 40 Years of experience REQ: 2+ Years of experience preferred + MA Associate's Degree or MA Diploma AND MA Certification + BLS OR 5 years of MA experience + MA Certification + BLS Certs REQ: BLS + Must have a MA certification from the below: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) American Medical Technologists (AMT) National Health Career Association (NHA) American Registry of Medical Assistant (ARMA) National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) Locals accepted: Yes - locals only.
