About the Role

As our Wellness Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our wellness programs and services—including vitamin therapy, IV therapy, and weight management. You’ll provide hands-on clinical support, educate patients on wellness options, and help promote and grow our wellness services through patient engagement and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform IM injections and IV therapy (certification required)
  • Educate and communicate with patients about available wellness services (vitamins, IVs, weight loss, etc.)
  • Assist with wellness consults and follow-ups under provider direction
  • Utilize the EMR system for documentation, scheduling, and patient tracking
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the wellness area
  • Manage and track inventory of wellness supplies; report needs to the Manager
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts during downtime to help increase service awareness and sales
  • Ensure a welcoming and positive patient experience in all interactions
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (required)
  • Experience with wellness services such as vitamins, IV therapy, or weight loss programs (required)
  • IV certification preferred
  • Proficient in EMR systems
  • Skilled with IM injections
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – enjoys patient interaction and education
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to assist with marketing, sales, and clinic growth initiatives
