Job description

Sai Mental Health outpatient clinic is hiring a Clinical Medical Assistant. The person hired for this position will work full-time at our outpatient clinic.

  • Completing medication authorization for patients
  • Completing medication refills for patients due to system errors
  • Managing all providers scheduling.
  • Providing compassionate care and assisting client needs.
  • Responsible for providing services to clients under the general supervision of the clinical therapist and Psychiatrist.
  • Responsible for performing tasks that are within the scope of his/her educational preparation, knowledge, and permitted by the policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for making observations regarding member physical condition, behavior and responses and reporting any significant changes to appropriate supervisor and other staff members
  • Maintains appropriate documentation
  • Provides medical assistant services for the individuals we treat.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of patient care activities.
  • Monitors and documents patient progress and condition.
