Job Description: Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) Psychiatry Office - FT 6AM - 3PMLocation: MT. PLEASANT, SC, 29464Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) to join our Psychiatry Office in MT. PLEASANT, SC. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in the care and treatment of patients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist psychiatrists and other healthcare providers with patient care and treatment
  • Perform clinical tasks such as administering injections and documenting patient signs and symptoms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care
  • Provide patient education and support
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
  • Prior experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
