Medical Assistant (MA) – Consent Specialist (In-Person)

Location: Roswell, GA
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Clinic Role
Pay: $20/hour starting · Negotiable up to $25/hour based on experience and overall fit
Employment Structure: Month-to-month contract with opportunity to transition into a full-time KaiCare AI employee (benefits eligible)


Role Overview

KaiCare AI is hiring a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (MA) to serve as an in-person Consent Specialist within a partner clinic in Roswell, GA. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, modern clinical environment.

You will be contracted through KaiCare AI and embedded onsite inside our client’s clinic, playing a critical role in guiding patients through consent and enrollment processes with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Explain care programs and services to patients using clear, patient-friendly language
  • Guide patients through consent and enrollment processes with empathy and accuracy
  • Ensure all consent forms and required documentation are completed correctly, thoroughly, and compliantly
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in documentation, data entry, and system updates
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to integrate enrollment into daily patient workflows
  • Document and update information within KaiCare AI’s proprietary platform and interface with the clinic’s EHR and care management systems
  • Serve as a welcoming, professional, and efficient patient-facing representative
  • Escalate patient questions or concerns to appropriate clinical or administrative teams


Required Qualifications

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
  • HIPAA certified
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Prior experience in a clinical or patient-facing healthcare setting
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable using EHRs, digital tools, and modern clinic workflows
  • Professional, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic environment
