Job Description
 
One of the premier Cardiovascular clinics is seeking a Medical Assistant who will room patients, take vital signs, and chart during patient and provider interactions. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Greet and room patients upon arrival for examination preparation
  • Document patient encounters in real-time alongside the provider using the EMR system
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of medical documentation, histories, and treatment plans
  • Assist patients with completing forms and updating medical records as needed
  • Monitor patient flow and notify providers of patient arrival to maintain efficient scheduling
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • 1 year or more of Medical Assistant experience is required.
  • Experience with eCW is a strong plus  
  • Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
