Job Summary: The Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk computes, classifies, and enters numerical data into financial software to complete financial records.

Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits:

  • Medical (including Prescription Plan) 
  • Dental & Vision 
  • Group Life & AD&D Insurance
  • 401(k) starts January or July following a year of employment
  • 1 Week after one year of employment.
  • 2 Weeks after three years of employment.
  • 4 Personal days, accrue 1 every 3 months of employment.

Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Post invoices
  • Reconcile statements
  • Disburse checks
  • Balance statements and finalize data
  • Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system
  • Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk Requirements:

  • Experience using a Reynolds and Reynolds DMS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
  • Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
