Harbor Behavioral Health - Hopkinsville, KY
Harbor Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate and dependable Medical Transportation Drivers to join our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team in Hopkinsville, KY. This is a full-time driving position where you'll provide safe, reliable transportation for patients attending medical and behavioral health appointments - while building meaningful, ongoing relationships with the people you serve.
This role is ideal for individuals who want stable pay, clear advancement, company-provided vehicles, and work that truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport patients using wheelchair-accessible vehicles
  • Provide door-through-door assistance, including help with wheelchairs and mobility devices
  • Follow DOT, ADA, and Kentucky Medicaid NEMT regulations
  • Maintain on-time pickups and drop-offs using our driver app
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, clinics, and patients
  • Complete required trip and incident documentation accurately

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid Kentucky driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist passengers safely
