YOUR LIFE AS CSR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a CSR / Customer Service Rep, you schedule service calls and create work orders for the technicians in our computer system. Second, you maintain the dispatch board and filing system while you dispatch the technicians. When information is received after installation, you schedule any necessary return trips, file the work orders, and update the service database. Finally, you provide the accounting department with maintenance contract billing information. You enjoy exceeding our customers' expectations for quality and value!
