About the Role: We're currently looking for an experienced Tile & Grout Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly in customers' homes to clean, repair, and restore tile and grout surfaces to like-new condition. You'll use professional-grade tools and equipment, backed by training and support from our experienced team. This is an active, physical job that's perfect for someone who enjoys moving throughout the day, working independently, and seeing the results of their hard work in every project.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who brings excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. You're the face of the company when you step into a customer's home, so professionalism and friendliness are key.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
  • Experience in Tile & Grout Work
  • Detail-oriented with pride in your workmanship.
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable driving to and from job sites (a valid, unrestricted driver's license is required). T
  • ech-savvy enough to use email, apps, and messaging tools. Friendly, reliable, and ready to learn.

Schedule & Requirements: Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Some weekend work may be available). Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be comfortable with physical labor and customer interaction.
Please Note: This job requires travel throughout the Twin City Metro area daily to perform work. Office location in Rogers, MN.
