About the firm: Farrar Bates Berexa serves organizations and individuals throughout Tennessee, providing comprehensive, expert litigation services to a diverse list of clients. The firm’s attorneys regularly defend counties/municipalities and their employees and frequently advise and consult with local governments on numerous counties, municipals, law enforcement, and employment related issues. Farrar Bates Berexa also provides representation to real estate firms and their licensees. The firm’s attorneys defend real estate agents in claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, and fraud.

About the position: Farrar Bates Berexa is seeking a full-time associate attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience. Applicants must have strong research and writing skills. The associate will be responsible for handling their own cases, including drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, preparing for and attending court hearings, and preparing for and attending mediations. Applicant must have experience handling their own cases and performing these tasks independently. A Tennessee Law license is required. The associate will be expected to work on-site at our office located at Maryland Farms in Brentwood, Tennessee.
