Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic analysis and executive reporting of linear and streaming content performance across domestic and international markets
  • Oversee tracking and performance of current and library TV and Film
  • Translate complex ratings and viewership data into actionable insights, enabling cross‑functional teams to think more strategically about sales, content licensing, and positioning.
  • Monitor and evaluate global marketplace trends across broadcast, cable, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, and emerging digital platforms
  • Partner with internal subscription channel teams to provide performance reporting, subscriber analytics, and growth insights
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑ready presentations and performance updates for senior leadership
  • Design and implement advanced research tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enhance analytical capabilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop research team members, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture, spanning across the London office
  • Serve as a key research liaison across business units, ensuring alignment between data insights and strategic priorities
Qualifications and Skills
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in media research, ratings analytics, or related field, preferably within television or streaming
  • Deep expertise in TV and digital viewership measurement, ratings methodologies, and performance benchmarking
  • Strong quantitative acumen with advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Demonstrated experience synthesizing large, complex datasets into clear strategic insights
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills at an executive level
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while managing multiple high‑priority initiatives
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with a strategic, solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Passion for film, television, and the evolving global media landscape
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or Media Studies) preferred
